During the checkout process, you'll need to select a convenient pickup location from the Pargo map.
Wait for Notification: After your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Pargo will notify you via text message and email when your package arrives at your selected pickup location.
Pick Up: Please present your tracking number to the staff at the pickup location within the specified timeframe to claim your package.

Typically, Pargo pickup locations will hold your package free of charge for approximately 5-7 business days. Please refer to the notification text message you received for the specific period. We use local couriers or pargo and once it is in their hands, it is for the most part out of our control as to where there will be a delay or not. BIYODE accepts the return of goods purchased on the website and goods returned in the applicable condition and time frame will either be replaced, exchanged or the purchase amount credited onto your online account or Refund.
